It's not uncommon for people to think of a real estate agent as someone who only helps buy or sell properties. And, of course, that's a big part of what I do for my clients.

But you may not realize that I do a lot more.

For example, if you have questions about your local market, you can contact me. I'm happy to answer your questions and, if needed, provide you with more in-depth information and advice.

I'm also well-connected in the local real estate community. So, if you're looking for a recommendation - for a contractor, painter, electrician, etc. - I can probably give you a name or two.

I'm also available to help you maximize what is, for most of my clients, their number one investment - their home. For example, I can tell you the approximate current market value of your property. That's great information to have for many reasons.

So, please think of me as your real estate resource. I'm here to help however I can.
