Realtor, Broker Associate
"I HAVEN'T BEEN EVERY-
BUT IT'S ON
For 30 years, Maggie Ward has garnered the experience to be one of the most effective real estate brokers in her area and boasts a proven track record of success. This is readily apparent considering the fact that she is consistently ranked among the top producing agents and was voted the 2010 GAVAR Realtor of the Year. Maggie has the experience and confidence to handle any kind of transaction, no matter how complex.
Her education goes above and beyond what is needed. In addition to having a B.A. in Political Science from Cal State Chico, she also has her brokers license, is a certified Short Sale Agent, an REO Default Certified Professional and is currently enrolled in the GRI series. By keeping up-to-date with new developments in the real estate world, she has an arsenal of knowledge to integrate into any situation.
With an abundance of real estate agents in the area, choosing one agent for you can seem like quite the daunting task. What makes Maggie a particularly successful agent is that she is motivated more so by her clients' happiness than anything else. It is her professionalism and pride for her job that makes her so effective at what she does. She has very high standards for her work and is a tough negotiator for her clients. If you want successful results, Maggie Ward is the agent for you!
Despite being a full time professional broker, Maggie loves to take an active role in the community. As a mother of two, now grown, children, Maggie always took an interest in the Westside Union School District. She was involved for many years as both a member and president of the West Antelope Valley Educational Foundation (or WAVE) and was presented with the Golden Apple Award for her contributions to the WUSD. She is also a certified AYSO and Club level soccer coach, having spent many Saturdays on the local soccer fields.
Maggie currently lives in Rancho Vista with her husband of 33 years. She is an avid fan of Hockey (as indicated by her blog hockeygirltalk.com), a runner, and a P90X enthusiast.
